The Property Marketing Awards judges see “The Light” and shortlist The Completely Group.

The Completely Group’s campaign for The Light in Leeds has been shortlisted in the Best Marketing Campaign Retail & Leisure category in the prestigious 2014 Property Marketing Awards.

The campaign for Knight Frank on behalf of Kames Capital was produced to promote the sale of the destination leisure scheme in Leeds

Our team worked closely with Knight Frank on the strategy and the creative work and the result was a campaign that included an innovative iBook for face-to-face iPAD presentations that included a 3 minute film, an interactive PDF, a high-end brochure and a secure data room.

Following a targeted 6 month campaign of face to face meetings by Knight Frank, The Light sold in 2013 for £92 million, making it the single largest asset transaction in 2013.

Knight Frank and Kames Capital were delighted with the marketing material, the strategy and the creative approach attracted praise from the client and the market following their success. Read the case study here.
